Implants

Would you like a tooth which is just like – or better – than the one you lost? An implant is just that. We can replace one – or many teeth – with implants which will be just like the one you lost. Implants look the same, feel the same, you can chew the same, and clean the same. It’s like you had your tooth back! Dr. Nadolski is a member of the Vancouver Island Implant Study group, which is comprised of general dentists who are able to preform implant surgery as well as implant restorations. We use the Ankylos Implant system of titanium alloy.

Hospital Dentistry

This is a specialized service available to our patients!

Dr. Nadolski has been a dentist with the Vancouver Island Health Authority (VIHA) since 1975. He currently is Division Head for Dentistry, South Island, VIHA. We work in all hospitals in the Victoria area; Victoria General Hospital, Royal Jubilee Hospital and Saanich Peninsula Hospital. With the resources of the Vancouver Island Health Authority available to us for our patients, we are able to offer more. We are able to treat people with serious medical, physical or mental issues which require medical supervision while doing the necessary dentistry. We are able to work with patients or caregivers and hospital staff to ensure that everyone can have access to dentistry in a safe environment.

Root Canal Therapy

We do modern root canal therapy!

Don’t listen to the old stories of the past! Root canal therapy removes the infection and you keep your tooth. The anesthetics, materials, and equipment that are available for today’s dentists are a far cry from the old days. Root canal therapy is fast, efficient and effective!

Crowns

Crowns, popularly know as “caps,” are a standard option in modern dentistry. Crowns protect a tooth that is structurally weakened, perhaps by decay or fracture. Our crowns are specially crafted by Japanese technicians at Allstar Dental Laboratories Ltd. in Vancouver. We offer different types of crowns from ‘all-metal’ (gold alloy) to ‘all-porcelain.’ The most popular crown is the porcelain fused to metal crown. This combines the strength of metal on the inside with the beauty of porcelain on the outside for aesthetics.

We use composite (white) material for most of our fillings. We use no silver amalgam. We are experienced in treatment planning to make the best use of your budget or insurance. Cosmetic Dentistry

We offer a range of cosmetic procedures to make your teeth look like you want them to look.

Porcelain veneers are a beautiful option for making your teeth more aesthetic. They require a minimal preparation with a beautiful result! Crowns and Bridges are a good aesthetic option for cosmetically and structurally restoring an area. They are used for areas where there is a need for a stronger restoration than a veneer can accomplish

We also offer minor orthodontic treatment where required. We use the ‘Smart Clip’ system which has smaller brackets and moves teeth more quickly than other systems used in the past

Orthodontics

We offer orthodontic treatment with the ‘Smart Clip’ system. This modern treatment system has smaller brackets on your teeth and the teeth move faster than with the old banding system. So the bands are not as noticeable and you have to wear them for less time! As well, as a general practitioner, we are able to offer orthodontic treatment at a more reasonable cost than a specialist. What could be better?

Dentures

We offer a range of dentures, from Cast Cobalt/Chrome partial dentures, acrylic partial dentures, full acrylic dentures or implant supported dentures.

Surgical Services

We offer a wide variety of surgical services including removal of roots, cyst removal, wisdom teeth, apicoectomies (removal of root tips), as well as retrofillings (fillings from the root up).
