Dr. Nadolski graduated from the University of Toronto’s Faculty of Dentistry in 1975. In April of the same year, he came to Victoria and joined the Victoria District Dental Society (VDDS). Dr. Nadolski quickly made a name for himself in town, becoming an executive of the VDDS and eventually moving on to become president. He continued to play an active role in the dental community by acting as a council member for the College of Dental Surgeons of BC for four years. Dr. Nadolski continues to practice dentistry to this day in Victoria.

When he is not practicing dentistry at his clinic, he is often found doing work around the city. This includes:

  • Previous work as the dentist for Glengarry Hospital for approximately 15 years. He is still the dentist for a number of group homes in Victoria.
  • Section Head, and currently Division Head, of Dentistry for approximately 10 years at the Vancouver Island Health Authority.
  • Member of the Dental Staff at Victoria General Hospital and Royal Jubilee Hospital from 1975 to present.
  • General Dentistry Negotiator for the BC Dental Association with the Ministry of Health and M.S.D.H.
  • Previous work as a board member of the College of Dental Surgeons of British Columbia
  • Member of the Camosun Gyro Club
  • 2 terms (3 years) as governor on the board of the Victoria Conservatory of Music

Over the years, Dr. Nadolski has been recognized for his achievements and contributions to the community. In 2004 he received the Humanitarian Award from the BC Dental Association “In recognition of your outstanding commitment to provide dental care for the disabled and under privileged in British Columbia.” In 2006 he received the Certificate of Appreciation for ‘valuable contribution to Community Dental Day,’ and in 2007 he received the Service Award from the BC Dental Association for two terms (10 years) of volunteer service on the negotiating committee.

Dr. Nadolski and his team strive to provide the best treatment possible, including alternative treatments to fit within every patient’s needs. They have built a reputation for providing the highest standard of care and helping to ensure their patients overcome their fears.
